I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hotel also offered excellent facilities, from a well-equipped gym to cozy communal spaces that made it a joy to stay there. What truly set the Hotel apart was the genuine hospitality of the team. They made me feel valued as a guest and were always ready with helpful recommendations or a cheerful smile. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend the ROVE Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and quality!

We had a large rooms in the "new wing". Rooms had been finished to a very high standard. This was our second stay at the hotel and we came for a short quiet family break. Staff are always lovely at the hotel, especially the breakfast team. The breakfast is great and the facilities include 2 pools, one that does not allow children.

I had requested for an anniversary arrangement but was told time wasn't enough but they could arrange for a small cake which never arrived. I reminded them once more and was promised I was going to receive it either that night or next morning but still it never came.

Our stay at the Rotana was exceptional and made even better by staff responding to a small issue with a massive response. When we checked in, we were informed there would be a wait - 45 minutes. However, immediately Jessie escorted us to a comfortable area of the lobby, and organised drinks and lunch, as well as upgraded our room. In the end, the wait couldn't have been much more than 20 minutes. Phenomenal service! Jessie was polite and brilliant in organising this for us. The hotel itself is gorgeous - lovely room, lobby areas, and the pool was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We will be straight back.
