With modern amenities, a comfortable living area, and a serene atmosphere, it provided the ideal environment to relax and recharge. Our stay at the Rotana was exceptional and made even better by staff responding to a small issue with a massive response. When we checked in, we were informed there would be a wait - 45 minutes. However, immediately Jessie escorted us to a comfortable area of the lobby, and organised drinks and lunch, as well as upgraded our room. In the end, the wait couldn't have been much more than 20 minutes. Phenomenal service! Jessie was polite and brilliant in organising this for us. The hotel itself is gorgeous - lovely room, lobby areas, and the pool was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We will be straight back.

Especially Al-Falaj, the suite was wonderful, the furnishings and cleanliness, and the employees were very nice, especially the executive director, I met him in the reception and he provided us with every assistance and discount within his powers, and the reception staff, especially Mr. Kaleem, and Mr. Jeffrey, and thanks and respect to the employee. The reception, Mr. Ainayat, and the pool guards, were very kind to my children. I stayed in a hotel twice in two weeks. I returned again, and I will return in the future.
