However, immediately Jessie escorted us to a comfortable area of the lobby, and organised drinks and lunch, as well as upgraded our room. In the end, the wait couldn't have been much more than 20 minutes. Phenomenal service! Jessie was polite and brilliant in organising this for us. The hotel itself is gorgeous - lovely room, lobby areas, and the pool was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We will be straight back.
